At Bokza, we aim to provide a clear, reliable, and transparent worldwide shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, as well as important information regarding customs, tracking, and delivery responsibilities.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. The majority of orders are fulfilled within this timeframe, after which they are handed over to our trusted shipping carriers for delivery. Processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods, holidays, or due to high demand.

Delivery times begin once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched. For orders within Portugal, estimated delivery times typically range between 17 and 26 days, and may extend to 17 to 30 days during holiday periods. For orders within the European Union, delivery generally takes between 17 and 26 days depending on the destination and carrier, with possible delays up to 30 days during peak seasons. Some regions may benefit from Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping where applicable. For international orders outside the European Union, delivery times are also estimated between 17 and 26 days, with potential extensions up to 30 days during holidays or due to customs processing and local carrier delays.

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. This may occur when items are produced or packaged separately, such as apparel and accessories. When this happens, each shipment will be provided with its own tracking number where available.

For orders within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply. For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may be charged depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the system. If your package appears delayed, additional time should be allowed, particularly during high-demand periods or holidays.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, it may be held for up to 30 days. After this period, we reserve the right to determine whether reshipment or a refund is possible. In cases where a package is lost or arrives damaged, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

All shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.
