Refund policy

At Bokza, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@shopbokza.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once approved, we will provide the return address and detailed return instructions.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Returned items must match the condition in which they were received.


Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Bokza does not charge restocking fees.

Returned packages remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received and inspected.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@shopbokza.com.

Please provide clear photos of the issue.

After assessment, we will offer a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products

• Clearance items

• Final sale items (three specific products listed as final sale)

• Gift cards


EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection law, customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Bokza extends this period to 15 days for added flexibility.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
